Once the purchase order has been completed, and before payment is made, a final summary will be displayed identifying the item(s) purchased and the total price (including taxes).
Payment method and security
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express) or via PayPal
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account, without sharing any financial information.
For payments made by credit or debit card, the charge will be processed online, in real time, through the payment gateway of the relevant financial institution, once the information provided has been checked and confirmed as correct. To ensure the highest level of security for the payment system, PRONENS uses secure payment systems provided by leading financial institutions specialising in e-commerce. In this way, the details of the card used for payment are transmitted in encrypted form. This solution guarantees the confidentiality of communications through the use of encryption keys.
As an additional payment-security measure and to help prevent internet fraud, PRONENS reserves the right to verify the personal details provided by the customer and take any measures it deems appropriate (including cancelling the order) to ensure that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the details shown on the order.
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card has not passed its expiry date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the permitted amount for making purchases.
- Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have completed all the required fields correctly.
- If there is any other reason, you will need to contact the bank that issued your card to clarify the reason for the declined transaction
Data security and confidentiality
