Purchase guarantees
The items offered on this Website are a selection of products from the PRONENS collection and meet the quality and guarantee requirements specified for each product.
PRONENS has made every effort to display the colours of the garments as accurately as possible. However, the colour of the garments shown on screen may vary depending on the quality of your computer monitor. Accordingly, PRONENS cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor accurately reflect reality.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated.
In the event of a defective product, PRONENS shall, as appropriate, repair or replace it, reduce the price or terminate the contract; these procedures shall be free of charge for the consumer and user.
Purchase procedure
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the “shopping basket” by clicking the relevant icon. The shopping basket will contain the references of the selected items, their name, size, chosen colour and price in the relevant currency (including taxes).
The stated price does not include delivery, as rates vary according to the country and the selected delivery method. This price is shown in the shopping basket before the purchase process is completed.
During the purchase process, you will be asked for personal details, which will be added to our database in order to process your order and facilitate future purchases from PRONENS. The delivery time for personalised garments with embroidered names is 5 to 7 days. In the event of high demand, the delivery time may vary.
