Description
Orange Márfega folding sleeping mat for naps at nursery school, with a fabric cover and handles for carrying it folded like a bag. The outside is plain orange, a colour that stands out immediately among the classroom mats; inside, the fabric has fine orange and white stripes, and the handles match.
Inside are two 3 cm high-density foam layers, laminated and waterproof: if there is an accident during nap time, it will not soak through to the filling; simply wipe it clean and carry on. When unfolded, it measures 120 × 53 cm, more than enough for a nursery child; folded in half, it becomes a 57 × 53 cm square that fits in any classroom cupboard.
The cover is washable and can be removed using a side fastening strip; we sew it in our workshop in Barcelona.
If there is more than one orange mat at the nursery, the embroidered name on the cover makes it easy to identify throughout the school year.
